Words carry vibration. They hold meaning that reaches far beyond their letters — and the name MettaZen was chosen with deep intentionality.

Metta (not to be confused with the tech company) is an ancient Pali word meaning boundless, unconditional love — the kind that flows freely for all of God’s creation, without condition or exception. Zen speaks to the unshakable inner peace that, when cultivated, radiates outward from your energy field and into everything and everyone you touch.

It’s no coincidence that both of these states — in their highest and purest form — point back to the same source: God. The ultimate healer. The original medicine.

The MettaZen Woman exists to help souls access that medicine. Not through shortcuts or surface-level fixes, but through real, purposeful, holistic alignment of mind, body, and spirit. My mission, as a spiritual advisor and medicine woman, is to guide those who are ready — truly ready — to walk the path back to themselves and to Source.

This mission was born from my own lived experiences. My journey originally began 10 years ago, from a desire to better my physical health and break free of the dis-ease brought on by traditional medicine and the standard American diet. But my journey didn't end there. I say that to say, I didn’t stumble into spirituality — I was pulled into it by something I couldn’t ignore. A quiet knowing that there was more. More to understand about myself, more to unlearn, more to receive. I dove into research, shadow soul work, spiritual solitude, and deep communion with Gaia and God. What I found on the other side of that process changed everything — my health, my relationships, my peace, the way I move through the world.

What I learned — and what I had to unlearn — is what I now live every single day. And it’s exactly what I’m here to share with you.

Education is one of the greatest acts of love there is. When you seek knowledge, you are choosing yourself. You are saying, “I am worth understanding.” That simple act — the willingness to learn, to question, to grow — is the foundation of every spiritual awakening I have ever witnessed.

Sharing this knowledge is my purpose. My Starseed mission. The reason I was designed the way I am.

People frequently ask me about the source of my peace, my light, and my consistent, genuine happiness. They look at my blessings, my youthful mindset, and my energy and ask, "What is your secret?"

My short answer? I drink my water and mind my business!

The longer answer is this: I have made a conscious, daily, non-negotiable commitment to cultivating a high-vibrational life life, I actually love. Not a perfect life. Not a life without challenges. A chosen life. One that is built in alignment with who God created me to be.

I remember sitting in what I can only describe as a season of spiritual numbness many years ago — going through the motions, checking every box the world said I should check, and still feeling like something essential was missing. Like I was living someone else’s script. That restlessness was God’s nudge. The beginning of my unraveling — and my becoming.

The MettaZen Woman was born out of that spiritual awakening journey, and out of a deep belief: that every soul who feels that same quiet pull deserves access to guidance, tools, and truth to help them answer it. The profound awakenings I experienced during this cultivation are exactly what I pour into my blog, my intuitive tarot readings, my holistic herbal blends, and my spiritual awakening courses.

I want to be very clear about something. I am not here to hand you enlightenment or do the work for you. No one can. That’s not how this works — and honestly, that’s the beautiful part. God has designed a specific path for each of us, and no one can walk the path meant for you but you.

What I can do is be a catalyst. A lantern-holder. Someone who knows the terrain because I have traveled it, and who can help you see the next step when the path feels unclear.

My goal is never to push ideals onto you. It’s to spark something in you — to make you curious, to make you question, to send you down the kind of rabbit holes that lead to real awakening. The kind that changes how you see yourself, your relationships, your purpose, and your God.

Through spiritual advisory and holistic medicine, I offer you frameworks, insights, and sacred tools that have transformed my life and the lives of those I’ve walked alongside. What you do with them is entirely up to you.
